Mr. Fan Yongxin, Vice President of Infineon Wuxi, adopts online sharing for epidemic prevention and control. His business is distributed in four fields: automotive electronics, power and sensing systems, safety interconnection systems, and industrial power control, with an annual revenue of 11 billion euros. Infineon products can save 56 million tons of carbon emissions during their lifecycle, and approximately 90 million Europeans generate carbon emissions from their annual electricity consumption; We will continue to work to reduce emissions, aiming to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 70% by 2025 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2030. The Wuxi factory focuses on five key areas, including low-carbon manufacturing design that covers the product cycle, improving energy efficiency, reducing direct emissions, resource recycling, and using clean energy, moving towards an energy-saving, clean, and efficient green factory.

Mr. Chu Jinlan, General Manager of Mettler Toledo Instruments Shanghai, said that fluctuations in demand and forecasting are huge challenges for Mettler, so "achieving excellent operations in small batches and multiple varieties" is a differentiated competitive approach for Mettler. The purpose of promoting lean and intelligent is to empower businesses, achieve low-cost and efficient delivery, establish end-to-end dynamic feedback mechanisms and intelligent data decision-making, and meet personalized customer needs. In production management, the concept of One for All is applied from the product platform to the production/testing platform, enabling zero switching and zero switching for multi variety and small batch production, and achieving continuous flow operation mode. In terms of quality management, build a digital quality system for the whole value chain (from suppliers to end users), a dynamic collection/feedback/analysis/early warning/correction/prevention system for quality data, solve customer problems in a timely manner, and constantly improve quality.

Mr. Guo Zhenming, General Manager of Youda Optoelectronics Suzhou Company, shared the development process of Youda in digital transformation from intelligent transformation to digital transformation, and continued PDCA circulation under the accumulation, superposition and iteration of digital technologies such as data visualization, information driven, Internet of Things, closed-loop management, industrial interconnection, etc; Data science and digital technology make internal operational mechanisms and organizational decisions more efficient. At the same time, cases were shared on how to achieve digital intelligence in personnel selection and retention management, equipment management, safety management, and the application of 5G+industrial interconnection. Honeywell is a century old store that has been listed for 102 years, with a market value increasing from over $20 billion ten years ago to over $130 billion. It specializes in four business areas: aerospace, intelligent building technology, specialty materials, and safety and productivity solutions. Mr. Yu Feng, Chairman of the China region, shared lean leadership. Honeywell promotes lean internally, combining process improvement, lean expert cultivation, and project implementation. The process VP participates in training and coaching, and tracks project progress every two weeks; And organize the "Leaders on site Improvement Week" activity, such as improving over 100 opportunity points in a week at the Suzhou Metrologic Factory. Through systematic methods and lean practices, improve the overall operational level of the supply chain, enhance system stability, and achieve a win-win situation. Mr. Yu mentioned that "continuous process improvement" is crucial, and the key elements of continuous improvement are top-down, full participation, comprehensive implementation, continuous innovation, cultivating successors, and frequent communication.

After the guest sharing, a round table dialogue session was held. Under the leadership of Chairman Yang Zhou, several guests discussed the topic of "core elements of industrial development in the new era" together. Mr. Zhao Zhengxiao, Chairman of BOE Energy, said:
