The second guest to share is Professor Zhao Shuming, Senior Professor of Humanities and Social Sciences at Nanjing University, Honorary Dean of the School of Business, Dean of Xingzhi College, and Doctoral Supervisor. The theme shared by Professor Zhao is' Innovation and Entrepreneurship '. Professor Zhao made a humorous opening statement from the dismantling of the word 'win', stating that the real economy has been severely affected by the pandemic. The importance of 'digitization' is becoming increasingly important in our lives, and we are moving from digitization and online to the era of 'digital intelligence'. Professor Zhao shared the challenges of 21st century management in "Management Challenges in the 21st Century", particularly the impact of new information technology and the art of self-management. In the era of big data and mobile media, it is more disruptive than in the era of the Internet. We need to learn to integrate resources and establish the ability to integrate them. The innovation drive of enterprises relies on entrepreneurs, and future enterprises should prioritize human resources as the primary resource. It is a system engineering with multiple participants and interactions, and a comprehensive innovation requirement centered on technological innovation itself. The key lies in adhering to the practical logic of demand orientation and product orientation. Simply summarized, future enterprises need innovation. The four qualities that entrepreneurs need to possess are "knowledge, insight, courage, and consensus". So what is entrepreneurial spirit? Professor Zhao quoted a quote from Schumpeter: Entrepreneurship is an economic pioneering spirit, a process of constantly introducing new production combinations. This includes developing new products, adopting new production methods, opening up new markets, seeking new sources of supply, and implementing new organizational forms. Innovation relies on innovative talents, and investing in talents is investing in the future. Finally, Professor Zhao stated that economic development cannot be separated from the efforts of the entrepreneurial community.

The third sharing guest is Mr. Lin Jinbin, President of the Digital Application Research Institute of Nanjing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. The theme shared by President Lin is "Industrial Internet Shaping a New Industrial Ecology". He said: In recent years, how have companies improved their competitiveness in resource allocation efficiency and made decisions in uncertain events? Digitalization has become the cornerstone of an enterprise's sustainable development. In the future, enterprises should consider digitalization as the underlying logic of enterprise development, and build a flexible and agile high-quality service for customers to achieve customer value and profit. Based on this analysis, empowering the internal and external ecology of enterprises with digitalization, achieving comprehensive agility, starting from the internal perspective, digitizing business first, breaking through production bottlenecks, and improving service and operational efficiency. Ultimately, digital commercialization will be implemented to share digital services, thereby improving customer satisfaction. Under the current external environmental pressure, the future production capacity of the steel industry will be compressed. How can steel achieve demand driven production and produce according to customer needs? In the face of this series of in-depth analysis, Nangang has established the first digital sequence of the steel industry, supporting the iterative evolution of digital organizations. From adding digital sequences to the talent resource system, investing in matching digital implementation from the system, consolidating digital execution from IT technology, implementing digital asset governance throughout the company, and achieving the entire transformation from knowledge to service products. The ultimate goal is to utilize the implementation of digitization to serve customers more efficiently. Finally, Dean Lin also shared some practical cases of Nangang, which were full of dry goods.

During the intermission and tea break, everyone had a warm exchange.
After the tea break, returning to the second half of the annual meeting, we welcomed the last guest to share the theme: Mr. Zhang Xiaosong, Chief Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Southeast University, Director of the Engineering Research Center for "Building Environmental Equipment and System Energy Conservation" of the Ministry of Education, and Executive Director of the China Refrigeration Society. Professor Zhang's sharing theme was "Smart Energy Management, Empowering Enterprises to Energy Conservation and Efficiency Enhancement". Starting from the current situation of global warming, Professor Zhang believes that jointly addressing climate change has become an international consensus, and the implementation of carbon reduction actions is urgent. The government has also implemented a series of policies to achieve the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. In such a situation, what are the opportunities and challenges faced by the concept of low-carbon building energy systems in this process? With the increase of income, the ownership of air conditioners has sharply increased, especially in emerging markets, from 1.6 billion units now to 5.6 billion units by 2050. Air conditioning and fans consume nearly one-fifth of the world's indoor electricity, and air conditioning is the second largest source of global electricity demand growth outside of the industrial sector. The increase in carbon dioxide emissions caused by the increased use of air conditioning.
What technologies are there to improve now? There are three main directions: source reduction, energy substitution, and energy conservation and efficiency improvement. So how to persist execution? Technological improvement is essential.
Professor Zhang shared several types of technological improvement:
Firstly, ultra-low energy buildings can achieve the effects of thermal insulation, natural ventilation, and lighting and shading.
Second: electrification of buildings and improvement of energy efficiency, replacing independent coal stoves or boilers in areas without regional heating system, and using more clean energy for heating.
Thirdly, on-site renewable energy utilization, with air energy being included in the energy category for the first time.
Fourth: Provide elasticity for increasing permeability of variable renewable energy sources
Fifth: Carbon capture and utilization in the air.
Throughout the sharing process, Professor Zhang comprehensively analyzed the importance of energy management in human development. Currently, humans need to continuously innovate and innovate in energy management technology, and enterprises need to increase their sense of responsibility and importance for energy management.

Smith Group in the United States, Mr. Jia Bin, Vice President of Bosi Home Appliances (China) Life Appliances, Mr. Gao Wenming, Vice Chairman and President of Connie Electric, and Yang Shendong, Vice President of Precision Testing Electronics Group.
The theme of this conversation revolved around "How Enterprises Meet Challenges through Innovation in the Post Epidemic Era". Several guests expressed their opinions and shared some practical cases of how enterprises innovate and challenge. How did they do it? A. O. Smith's AI Link makes employees smile, Bosch is customer-centric, Connie creates prices for customers, and precision testing creates value for employees. But everyone's core is to maintain innovation, starting from employees, allowing innovation to be implemented, and maintaining the innovation competitiveness of the enterprise.
