The 11th Jinji Lake Lean Digital Seminar, organized by the Jiangsu Representative Office of the International Association for Excellence in Operations (Singapore) and the Suzhou Enterprise Excellence in Operations Association, and hosted by Suzhou Zhiyuan Yi Management Consulting Co., Ltd., and co organized by Hengjie Group, Zhuoyun Technology, Nuowei, and Qingliu, was successfully held on June 18, 2022. We also adopted a diversified approach of guest speeches and Huashan Debate Discussion. In the past few months, although the epidemic has repeatedly had a significant impact on the organization of daily activities of the association, it has not affected everyone's enthusiasm for registering for this seminar. The venue is fully booked, and after the maximum number of seats were added, some guests still stood and listened, with a warm response on site. Sharing the theme of "Enterprise Lean and Innovation", Ellie Dennison is a global Fortune 500 material manufacturing company that provides customers with various brand and information label solutions as well as functional materials. Mr. Gu Haiquan, head of lean production and data analysis in Asia Pacific, has rich experience in enterprise supply chain and lean production, and is familiar with supply chain management, system process building and lean production promotion. Proficient in enterprise digital planning, data analysis and exploration, and empowering enterprise innovation. The theme of the sharing is "Lean Improvement, Winning the Future - Huahai Lean Practice Sharing". The guest of the sharing is Ms. Zhang Minli, Deputy Factory Director of Zhejiang Huahai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Nexter is a leading global supplier of steering and transmission systems, with over 25 manufacturing bases and 3 design centers worldwide. The products include electric power steering systems, hydraulic power steering systems, columns, intermediate shafts, and power transmission systems Advanced driving assistance system and autonomous driving technology, with customers all over the world。 Ms. Jiang Fangfang has been deeply involved in the continuous improvement and implementation of enterprises for 17 years, involving industries such as electronics, semiconductors, machining, and automobiles. He is skilled at seeing the essence through data. Ms. Jiang, titled 'Utilizing Data, Utilizing Tools', shared her experience in implementing on-site problem analysis and resolution through training in thinking patterns, data-driven, dimensionality and granularity of data, and utilizing tools in Nexter I&CIM practice. Sharing the theme of "Safran Aircraft Engine Lean Six Sigma Practice", Safran Group is an international high-tech group company with business scope covering the fields of aviation propulsion systems and aircraft equipment, aerospace, and defense. Saifeng Aircraft Engine (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. specializes in processing and assembling low-voltage modules and components for CFM56 and LEAP engines, providing supply chain support for Saifeng engines. Mr. He Yifei, the Continuous Improvement Manager, has over 25 years of work experience in various industries and is a Black Belt Master at Saifeng Group. He is responsible for the establishment and implementation of the Lean Sigma system. Mr. He's sharing focuses on reducing product and process variations in the continuous improvement practices of different manufacturing and processing processes, with customers taking a central position in all activities, combined with lean production and 6 σ Accelerate improvement, accelerate flow, develop a culture of continuous improvement, eliminate waste in all processes, maximize customer added value, and be more flexible.
The theme is to share "High Elastic Supply Chain" with the guest Mr. Liu Kuiyan, Asia Pacific Supply Chain Director of Emerson Traffic Technology Business. The Asia Pacific Flow Technology Center, affiliated with Emerson, is located in a world-class production and distribution center in Nanjing. It has complete production facilities, including a complete system of internationally recognized world-class flow calibration devices. Focusing on the production and manufacturing of Coriolis mass flow meters, electromagnetic flow meters, and vortex flow meters. Mr. Liu Kuiyan has comprehensively improved the supply chain KPIs (cost, speed, and elasticity) of Asian factories, from process design, supplier quality management to procurement and supplier management, to comprehensive supply chain management. In 2020, it was awarded the "Xinxiang Award" representing the highest honor in the world's manufacturing industry, mainly producing infant formula milk powder, children's formulated milk powder, and adult nutritional powder. Mr. Lun Zizhao shared Abbott's practical experience in lean management, explaining from strategic arrangement, objective experience, objective decomposition, daily management, standardized operations, problem monitoring, problem solving, and other aspects. He also shared his understanding of the application of lean management in production.

After being shared by various guests, the meeting entered the "Hua Shan Lun Jian" section, which discussed whether "it is more difficult to successfully implement lean or digitalization". Enterprises choose the most suitable management mode based on their own characteristics, and the discussion is coordinated between the platform and the platform.
