In the morning, the 6th International Excellent Operations Annual Conference was held as scheduled at the Suzhou International Expo Center. The drizzle did not stop the enthusiastic footsteps of the participants, and the main venue with over a thousand people was fully booked.

This annual meeting is organized by the Industrial and Information Technology Talent Exchange Center, guided by the Jiangsu Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission, hosted by the International Association for Excellence in Operations, and hosted by Suzhou Zhiyuan Yi Management Consulting Co., Ltd. After the opening ceremony, Mr. Yang Zhen from the International Association for Excellence in Operations, Mr. Yan Hao, Deputy Inspector of the Jiangsu Provincial Economic and Information Commission, President of the Jiangsu Enterprise Information Technology Association, and Mr. Yang Zhou, Executive Chairman of the International Association for Excellence in Operations, delivered speeches. They gave a detailed and in-depth explanation of the theme of this annual conference, "Gathering Global Wisdom and Exploring the Road of New Craftsmen": how to use the spirit of new craftsmanship to maximize value added in the context of slowing economic growth, upgrading consumer demand, and the rapid emergence and iterative updating of various new technologies, while focusing on the ultimate, combining the value demands of the market and customers, and integrating innovative technological means and management methods.

After the speech, in a warm atmosphere, the Singapore and Nanjing branches of the International Association for Excellence in Operations held unveiling ceremonies. This also represents that the International Association for Excellence in Operations continues to expand its genes for excellence and move forward with continuous progress. Subsequently, Mr. Ding Wei, the vice president of the Nanjing branch and also the global vice president of A.O. Smith, delivered a speech, briefly reviewing the process of the establishment of the Nanjing branch and making beautiful ideas for the future of the International Association for Excellence in Operations.

Three heavyweight speakers followed suit. First, Mr. Eckhard Hohwieler, an industry 4.0 expert from the German Fraunhofer Association, gave a speech entitled "Research and Exploration of Digital transformation". After briefly introducing the famous Fraunhofer Association in the field of international applied science research, he focused on the research and projects on industry 4.0 carried out in the Association, The steps and characteristics of Industry 4.0 Digital transformation are described in simple terms. The second speaker is Mr. Jay Lee, an IT expert from the United States. The title of his speech is "Big Data Application and Case Analysis in the Transformation of Industrial Innovation", and through practical case studies in simple and profound terms, he presents us with colorful images of big data application. Subsequently, Mr. Ramesh Rao, an excellent operations expert from Singapore, presented a speech titled "Building an Enterprise Level Transformation System Based on Excellent Operations". How to survive and develop in the current relatively harsh economic environment? How to carry out enterprise transformation? How to use operational excellence for enterprise transformation? Mr. Ramesh Rao proposed a series of solutions based on the actual case of Singapore.
