新加坡卓越运营研究院院长，有近25年的企业运营、精益六西格玛改善、 财务管理经验。自1991年参加工作先后在印度、新加坡、中国无锡等地工作，曾担任希捷亚太区精益六西格玛黑带大师超过10年，积极地推动了希捷亚太区卓越运营工作的进展，在其负责仙童半导体亚太区超过20亿美元的财务管理期间，把精益六西格玛方法论与财务管理相结合，成功地实现了精益六西格玛活动与财务报表结果的联动。

Mr. Ramesh Rao is the president of Singapore Operational Excellence Institute, he processes 24 years of business excellence and finance experience. He worked in Seagate 10 years to promote and practice lean six sigma as master black belt, he bonded the lean six sigma and finance management together and got very positive result when he in charge of the regional finance Asia of Fairchild Semiconductor.
