第六届国际卓越运营年会“汇聚全球智慧、探索新工匠之路”于2016年11月18-20日在苏州隆重召开。
11月18日,拥有25年世界500强企业运营经验的新加坡资深精益专家,卓越运营研究院院长Ramesh Rao先生将以“精益业务流程的制定和实施”为题,开展一天的实战工作坊,与各位企业精英共同分析探讨业务流程优化的相关热点问题。据悉,此次活动中,Ramesh先生将不仅对精益业务流程理论及方法论、实施方法及技巧详细讲解,而且还会分享全球知名企业的实际管理经验,并且结合学员各自的问题开展工作坊式互动研讨,为大家带来一场华美绚丽的知识盛宴。
The Sixth International Business Excellence Conference "Gather Global Wisdom, Explore The New Craftsman Way" will be held on 18th-20th Nov. 2016 in Suzhou. We have invited fortunately Mr. Ramesh Rao, Singapore excellent Lean expert, president of Singapore Operational Excellence Institute, with 25 years of business excellence and finance experience. One day authentic training whose title is How to Develop and Implement Lean Business Process will be launched on 18th Nov. in 2016. Mr. Rao, will not only teach the lean business process theory and methodology, implementation methods and skills, but also share the global management experience in well-known enterprises, and talk interactively combined with their students’ problems. A gorgeous knowledge feast have be prepared for everyone.
新加坡卓越运营研究院院长,有近25年的企业运营、精益六西格玛改善、 财务管理经验。自1991年参加工作先后在印度、新加坡、中国无锡等地工作,曾担任希捷亚太区精益六西格玛黑带大师超过10年,积极地推动了希捷亚太区卓越运营工作的进展,在其负责仙童半导体亚太区超过20亿美元的财务管理期间,把精益六西格玛方法论与财务管理相结合,成功地实现了精益六西格玛活动与财务报表结果的联动。
Mr. Ramesh Rao is the president of Singapore Operational Excellence Institute, he processes 24 years of business excellence and finance experience. He worked in Seagate 10 years to promote and practice lean six sigma as master black belt, he bonded the lean six sigma and finance management together and got very positive result when he in charge of the regional finance Asia of Fairchild Semiconductor.
