On the weekend of spring and blooming flowers, we welcome the third session of the Leading Cloud Lecture Hall - SKF Digital Growth Strategy.

Dai Xiaobo, Vice President of SKF China's Digital Business, gave us a wonderful sharing. It mainly includes three parts: SKF introduction and strategy, SKF China Digital transformation journey, not forgetting the original intention, based in China and serving the world.

B4 (for) B, the supplier itself is a product expert, and on this basis, provides usage services and performance turnkey to improve the overall efficiency of the product.

SKF's transformation team includes three categories: familiarity with digitalization, product knowledge and traditional experience, business unit leader, application/machinery/product engineering, and integration of digitalization and enterprise transformation. SKF's understanding of rotating equipment in the mechanical field, predictive maintenance, offline remanufacturing, comprehensive capabilities in product and lubrication, together building a digital ecosystem, and providing performance turnkey services. For example, the status of key parts of wind turbines needs to be tested every 8 to 12 months, and the operation and maintenance of wind turbines are complex. By combining offline service capabilities, product portfolio, information based status monitoring, and equipment diagnostic capabilities, the overall performance package is made.

How to understand the true needs of customers?

Answer:To promote the challenge of digitalization, there is a shortage of people in the actual implementation process. Traditional large enterprises need such people to understand the domain knowledge of products, the nature of business, and be able to communicate with the outside world. Interact with customers, combine online and offline, understand the industry and application scenarios, understand the true application scenarios of customers, and think about transformation and innovation based on core values.
