Nexter is a system integration expert with over 100 years of research and production experience in the field of automotive steering. It has manufacturing plants, customer service centers, and technology research and development centers in 34 countries and regions around the world. What quality culture does such a company have? Mr. Xu first introduced them to "rapidly improve quality culture and performance" in the form of a "quality culture workshop", and then introduced "innovation and continuous improvement in Nexter's culture".


The third guest to share: Mr. Liu Zheng, Deputy Director of Suzhou Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau - "Interpretation of Quality Related Policies"

Deputy Director Liu Zheng discusses "Made in the World", "Made in China", "Craftsman Spirit", and "Supply Side Reform" from the perspective of a quality personnel in a government department; The final focus is on manufacturing in Suzhou, as well as government quality awards related to Suzhou enterprises, the construction of famous brands in Suzhou, and the construction of quality credit ratings for Suzhou industrial enterprises.


The fourth guest to share: Dr. Liu Jianyong - "Improving Management Quality and Building Lean Six Sigma Culture"

Dr. Liu explained the development, principles, methodology, differences and connections between Lean Six Sigma, as well as the cultural construction of Lean Six Sigma, in simple and profound terms. Dr. Liu also shared specific cases encountered during the regular review and consultation process, which greatly benefited the audience on site!

Experts and entrepreneurs also conduct in-depth analysis of major strategies. For example, if continuous improvement personnel master a certain methodology, but encounter lack of cooperation from personnel who understand product processes or equipment technology, how can they effectively promote the project? Dr. Liu suggests that when encountering specific problems, it is not necessary to use complex tools such as DOE and FMEA, as well as some simple and effective tools. Some qualitative methods such as team scoring are excellent tools for collecting team experience; In addition, quantitative tools such as multi variation maps can narrow down the surrounding area and find variation points in 3 batches at 3 times; Sampling method, tracking method, etc. I won't go into detail about some of my friends' questions here.
