The Background
For any enterprise or individual, improvement is a highly challenging but enjoyable job. Continuously solving and improving potential problems in each process through continuous improvement, ultimately providing practical assistance for the management and production of the enterprise. As an annual event to showcase improvements and share excellent operational experience, the competition has received widespread praise from society over the past three years. This year, the fourth Excellent Operations Improvement Competition has arrived as scheduled, and we look forward to you standing out in this competition. This is not only a competition, but also:

Competition Rules
Preliminary
Part 1: Excellent Operational Theory Knowledge Exam 120 minutes;
Part 2: Expert evaluation of improvement project reports. The organizing committee will organize experts to rate the project reports submitted by each contestant according to the scoring criteria.
Finals
The first part: 180 minutes of live combat simulation. The specific content is issued in the form of project work assignment. The contestants are required to complete the task within the specified time according to the project design specifications and requirements provided by the organizing committee. The expert group will score according to the performance and results of each group's simulation operation;
Part 2: Improve the project's public defense, and the evaluation will be jointly conducted by the expert group and on-site audience representatives.
Assessment
Pre competition score: written test score * 50%+project evaluation score * 50%;
Final score: Simulated actual combat score * 30%+Public defense score * 70%
Award Settings
This competition will set up the Individual Award and the Best Popularity Award
Individual Award:
First Prize (1 person) with a bonus of 5000 yuan and a certificate of first prize
Second Prize (1 person) with a bonus of 3000 yuan and a certificate of second prize
Third Prize (3 places) Bonus of 1000 yuan+Third Prize Certificate
Outstanding Awards (Several) Honorary Certificates of the International Association for Excellence in Operations
The top 3 projects in the final can be publicly announced and included in the "Excellent Operations Case Collection" at the 10th International Excellent Operations Conference.
Best Popularity Award:
Three popularity awards will be awarded based on the ranking of attention on the WeChat platform, and a customized trophy will be awarded
