We welcome the fourth event of visiting benchmark enterprises in the New Year - entering CRRC Nanjing Puzhen Vehicle Co., Ltd. and CRRC Digital Technology Co., Ltd.

Nanjing Puzhen Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. is a first-class subsidiary of CRRC under the management of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. It is a professional research and development enterprise, system integration supplier, and urban rail transit operation solution provider for railway passenger cars, high-speed trains, and urban rail transit equipment in China.

We have successively visited the Puzhen Industrial Logistics Base, Vehicle Body Workshop, and Final Assembly Workshop. Manager Pan from the logistics department introduced the core product modules such as the intelligent logistics information center, intelligent workbench, intelligent micro library, SLP intelligent assembly line, shared digital turnover box, and intelligent toolbox to the students in detail. Manager Zhang and Manager Pan provided detailed answers to the students' various questions, and as they kept recording them in their notebooks, it can be inferred that their trip must have benefited greatly.

The visit to Puzhen Vehicle Company came to an end, and a group photo with a smile came to a successful conclusion.

The digital exhibition hall covers an area of nearly 4000 square meters, and we have successively visited five exhibition areas: the preface hall, the enterprise introduction hall, the command center, the Jiangbei New Area exhibition hall, and the business exhibition hall.

After the visit, everyone gathered in the conference room to discuss and exchange ideas.

Firstly, Mr. Shen Qianjin, Deputy Secretary General of the International Association for Excellence in Operations, gave a brief introduction to the association.

Subsequently, there was a heated discussion and communication on issues such as "how to persuade management to support lean implementation" and "how to attract and retain grassroots talents". Mr. Zhang unreservedly shared the journey and excellent practical experience of CRRC's 12 years of lean implementation.

This benchmarking study ended perfectly in a group photo, and the students expressed that they had a lot of work and gained a lot from it. I would like to express my special gratitude to Mr. Zhang and his team for their meticulous arrangements and selfless sharing.
