一、权利 Rights

1. 每年可以免费获得一天来自协会专家团队（2人）提供的企业现场诊断及持续辅导；

Have one day free on spot diagnose and continuous coaching of Association expert team, 3 or above.

2. 每年可以选派人员总数不超过12人，每次不超过2人参加标杆企业参访及学习研讨活动；

Can send people to visit the Role Model enterprises, attend the forums, max 2 person each time, and 12 every year.

3. 每年可以选派不超过20人参加“国际卓越运营年会”；

Can attend the“International Conference of Business Excellence”, max 20 persons each year.

4. 每年可以选派不超过10人参加“金鸡湖精益六西格玛研讨会”；

Can attend the yearly“Jinjin Lake LSS Forum”, max 10 persons each year.

5. 总经理及相关业务单元负责人优先在协会大型活动上发表演讲；

GM and related business head has the first priority to deliver speech at the Association event.

6. 总经理及相关业务单元负责人优先参加协会主办的高端活动“湖畔沙龙”的讨论；

GM and related business head has the first priority to attend the “Hupan Salon” organized by the Association.

7. 员工可以免费参加协会组织的系列公益讲座，无限制访问协会网站，在线问题咨询和解答；

Employees can attend the lean lecture, visit the website, online Q&A organized by LSS for free.

8. 通过协会报名参加协会合作伙伴的培训、活动，购买相关软件、产品，可以获得市场价8至9折的优惠（现有合作方见附件一，合作伙伴持续更新中）；

Attend the training, activities, purchase software, products organized by or from the LSS partners with 10-20 % discount (partner name list as attachment one, and will be continuously updated)

9. 优先获得通过协会主办的大型活动及网站等平台进行企业形象宣传的需求；（注释：第一条与第二条权利只能选择一项）

Has the first priority to promote its own company publicity at the Association platforms of Association activity or websites. ( only choose 1 out of Right 1 and 2).

二、义务 Obligations

1. 遵守协会章程，按时缴纳会费

Abide by the Association rules, on time pay membership fee.

2. 维护协会形象，保护协会利益

Maintain Association image, protect Association benefits.

3. 关心支持协会工作，积极参加协会组织的各项活动； 

Support and proactively attend Association activities.

三、入会程序 Enrollment Procedure：

1. 认真填写《国际卓越运营协会服务年费企业申请》；

Fill the “The International Association of Business Excellence Membership Application Form”.

2. 经理事会资格审核后，由协会正式授证，成为协会服务年费企业;

After the appraisal  and approval  by the Association Council, membership will be finalized.

3. 本委员会采用自愿申请，择优入服务年费企业的方式，协会有接纳会籍的决定权。 

The Application will be voluntary, the Association has the right to choose and decide to accept or not.

四、会籍的延续及取消 Membership Extension and Cancellation

1. 实行自愿加入和退出原则。服务年费企业要求退出时，提出申请即可退出，当年已缴会费不予退还。服务年费企业不按时缴纳会费的，取消服务年费企业资格。

The membership joining and quit will be voluntary. Quit will be effective when apply, and the membership fee will not be refunded. The membership will be terminated if not pay the membership fee on time.

2. 服务年费企业如有严重违反协会章程的行为，经理事会和执委会表决通过，予以除名。

When membership enterprise violates the Association rule seriously, discussed and approved by the Council and Execution Committee, the membership will be terminated.

五、服务年费企业费：20000元 RMB

Enterprise annual membership fee: RMB20000

六、费用使用说明：

1. 服务年费企业费用用于协会活动的日常开支。

Membership fee will be used for Association’s daily operation expenses.

2. 协会指定专人管理协会收支，建立财务账簿。每次活动及时结帐，收支情况定期向协会理事会报告。

Association will assign a person to be responsible for the income, spending, record in the account book. Pay the activity expense timely, and have the regular Financial report to Association Council.
