来源:The International Association of Business Excellence发布时间:2019-11-05 21:24:03 浏览次数:34

Mr. Wang Bo is the Vice President of Fujitsu China, with extensive knowledge and experience in the ICT industry. He has participated in national "Ninth Five Year Plan" research projects. I have been engaged in business and IT consulting in the manufacturing industry for a long time, project management for large-scale projects, and lean management of research and development and production.

Currently, there are both challenges and opportunities in the transformation of China's manufacturing industry. The continuous emergence of new industrial technologies such as Industry 4.0 and industrial big data has brought new development opportunities to "Made in China". In this context, this year's Manufacturing in China Thousand Talents Conference (MIC1000) has gathered for the first time 30 heavyweight guests from different fields such as academia, industry, internet industry, and finance industry to jointly discuss the seven key issues in the manufacturing industry. Fujitsu, as a manufacturing enterprise, also provides some ICT services. Wang Bo, Vice President of Fujitsu China and General Manager of Fujitsu Beijing, shared some of the problems encountered in the development of the enterprise, including the good ways and methods found in solving these problems.

Wang Bo, Vice President of Fujitsu China and General Manager of Beijing Company

Fujitsu is currently a highly interconnected world, with the entire trade in goods and services continuously increasing. Most spare parts or middleware products are the main force in Central Asia, whether it is China, Japan, or South Korea, with 50% of exports and 60% of imports in the southeast region. Some of the products we use should not only be made in China, Japan, Germany, but also globally.

On the other hand, including the application of mobile phones and wireless terminals, the global smartphone shipment volume in 2014 was 1.3 billion. If Fujitsu digital cameras, game terminals, and tablets were all included, Wang Bo pointed out that the global shipment volume would reach 10 billion.

What is the Internet of Things? We are also becoming the next generation of the Internet. From computer interconnection to mobile interconnection through mobile phones and tablets in recent years. A large amount of data will inevitably emerge, and we are in the era of big data ocean. How to use these data, we can better grasp the current situation and predict the future. In addition, how to control the data of our production line through the network, how to better grasp the quality, including the complex situation of the product, and by using these technologies, we can better predict which equipment on the production line may have problems. Before the entire equipment encounters problems, we can make timely adjustments to ensure the smooth operation of the production line. This development approach will have a positive and immeasurable impact on people's lives.

We are all talking about ICT. In the past, people believed that ICT was nothing more than a tool for enterprises to develop, improve efficiency, or improve personal work efficiency. However, this is a misconception. Wang Bo emphasized that in a highly interconnected world, ICT is not only about improving the efficiency of a company or individual, but also runs through our initial product development and design, production, and service. For enterprises, how to apply digitalization, including ICT technology, to all aspects of their entire enterprise is a key aspect of digital commercialization.

In a highly interconnected world, the interconnectivity of all things is different from many of our previous eras. The industrial era is people-oriented, and it relies more on the personal abilities and talents of our technicians to customize the products we need according to the different needs of each customer.

What are the problems of this era? Firstly, it depends on the entire technology, so it is difficult to generate a large-scale market and meet people's widespread needs. At the same time, creativity is also very limited. Entering the industrialization era revolution, including labor and manpower, becoming part of the production factors, has led to constraints on human creativity. What is the concept of today's highly interconnected era? We believe it is Returning to the era of putting people first again, the core is that the creativity of people in the era of handicrafts and the efficiency of industrialization can be better organically combined to meet more personalized needs. The key to this is how to create a digital ecosystem.

Next, Made in China 2025. I believe that many colleagues have more or less understanding of the programmatic documents proposed by the country. In our opinion, how to compete with manufacturing powers such as Japan, the United States and Germany? The first step is Made in China 2025 2025. " Wang Bo said.

Although they are essentially the same, Germany and China are different. On the basis of this, Germany is relatively backward. Especially after 30 years of rapid development of reform and opening up, the economy has been pulled up, but the environment is also very prominent. Therefore, the prominent point of Made in China 2025 is green development, which is different from Germany's Industry 4.0.

How to realize the intelligent factory described by Made in China 2025?

From our perspective at Fujitsu, there are three steps to take:

The first step is to establish an information platform with a certain foundation, which means that our current units in various fields cover production, manufacturing, and sales. What is the purpose of this? To achieve the transformation from business to data, only after completing this step can we consider the second step more, which is to achieve interconnectivity between business units.

The second step is the interconnection and interworking of business units. There are two main topics to consider in this process. The first is the Industrial Internet, and the other is the application of big data. Through these two data monopolies, how to better cooperate, collaborate, and interconnect to build an enterprise's data platform. The key here is the so-called data to data, or from data to big data.

The third step is so-called intelligence. Only after the first and second steps are solidly advanced can this composition be effectively promoted. The ultimate goal of this work is to achieve business and data collaboration between various business units, and to achieve intelligent collaboration of people, machines, materials, methods, and the environment for the entire factory operation.

Panorama of Intelligent Factory

The panoramic view of the so-called intelligent factory, Wang Bo provided the numbers 7121. 7 and 1 are CPS, and in order to achieve an intelligent factory, these elements are indispensable. From the lowest level of sensing robots, including ERP, cloud services, and so on, these must be fully considered. In addition, 2 and 1 need to always revolve around the core viewpoint, data-driven, with two dimensions: intelligent manufacturing and digital factory.

Intelligent manufacturing includes resources, scheduling, quality, energy, equipment, and logistics. Digital factories include digital design, virtual products, factory simulation, job simulation, and logistics simulation. These can be done well, centered around the central point in the middle, driven by data, to establish a big data platform suitable for one's own enterprise, and ultimately achieve high-speed development of the entire enterprise through full integration with the Internet.

Fujitsu's Management Concept for Intelligent Chemical Plants

When people talk about Industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing, they often think about robots, the intelligence of equipment, and the intelligence of production areas. But there is actually a big misconception that the development of the industry is ultimately not about replacing people with equipment. No matter how equipment develops, computers can never replace human brains. Whether an enterprise has core competitiveness, such as people, Made in China 2025 2025 or Industry 4.0, the goal is actually to improve the overall operating efficiency of the enterprise, so as to release people from our production lines and simple labor. The biggest goal is to liberate people's wisdom through intelligent equipment, and data drive why the core, Connect data to all aspects of the business, ultimately creating interactive intelligent production.

When recommending the entire intelligent chemical factory, Fujitsu needs to provide targeted solutions for different levels of personnel and the different problems they deal with. This can provide our customers and individuals with comprehensive solutions. Wang Bo emphasized that from the perspective of its own development, it is strongly recommended that China's manufacturing industry, although currently promoting intelligent chemical plants, understand how to integrate the entire enterprise management team, and even on-site employees, to understand the two fonts of lean production, and how to thoroughly implement this matter. Don't say that we have already installed an ERP system, but today's launch is only the first step of a long journey. If we analyze data through digitization, How to develop is a long and arduous task.
