The lean skills competition sponsored by the International Association for Operation Excellence, undertaken by Suzhou Industrial Park Zhiyuan Yi Management Consulting Co., Ltd. and supported by the Training Management Center has received many excellent lean projects since its hot launch in August.

After the preliminary written test and preliminary evaluation of the participating projects by the competition project evaluation team, the following 12 contestants (projects) were selected to enter the finals:

The Lean Skills Competition will be held on September 24th, with the first stage being project practice and the second stage being project defense. The first stage only involves contestants and judges, while the second stage is an open session.

All participants in the preliminary round can observe the public defense stage of the final and invite guests to observe.

The specific time and arrangement of the final will be announced before September 20th.
