工匠精神意指匠人专注于自己的作品精雕细琢、精益求精、一丝不苟，在经济增速变缓、消费需求升级、互联网和创新的智能化技术快速迭代的背景下,“新工匠”精神的提出则是倡导各类组织在坚持专注极致的基础上如何结合市场和客户的价值诉求的变化,融合创新的技术手段和管理方法,实现价值增值最大化。

Craftsman’s spirit refers to craftsman’s concentration on the precision, excellence and perfection of his works. With the deceleration of economic growth, the upgrade of consumer demand and the rapid updating of Internet and innovative intelligent technology, the spirit of “New Craftsman” gives advice on how to utilize innovative technological means and management method to maximize the increment of value on the basis of persisting in the concentration of perfection.

Entrepreneurs, experts and scholars from Germany, USA, Japan, France, Italy, Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong will work together with local government leaders.
