In order to promote the concept of lean, promote lean skills, and discover lean talents, the International Association for Excellence in Operations held the "Third Lean Skills Competition" to showcase lean achievements, share lean experiences, disseminate lean culture, and motivate lean practice.

All types of enterprises, institutions, and social organizations across the country engaged in operations (production, quality, supply chain management, project management, IE, lean, Six Sigma, and other functions) or similar functions, and those who have done improvement projects can apply. Participants' education, work experience, and industry are not limited.

Registration stage: March August 2019

Pre competition training: late August 2019

Preliminaries: early September 2019

Final time: mid September 2019

preliminary:

Part 1: Lean Theory Knowledge Exam 120 minutes;

Part 2: Expert evaluation of improvement project reports. The organizing committee will organize experts to rate the project reports submitted by each contestant according to the scoring criteria.

finals:

The first part: 180 minutes of live combat simulation. The specific content is issued in the form of project work assignment. The contestants are required to complete the task within the specified time according to the project design specifications and requirements provided by the organizing committee. The expert group will score according to the performance and results of each group's simulation operation;

Part 2: Improve the project's public defense, and the evaluation will be jointly conducted by the expert group and on-site audience representatives.

Performance evaluation

The preliminary score is: written test score * 50%+project evaluation score * 50%;

The final score is: simulated actual combat score * 30%+public defense score * 70%

Individual Award:

First prize: 1 place, with a prize of 5000 yuan, and an honorary certificate from the International Association for Excellence in Operations
